There are ten apartments in this building. There is covered parking available, and onsite laundry. Water, trash, recycling, and the gas to heat the hot water are paid. Tenants must set up accounts with the utility companies for electrical, heating gas, and internet. All of the apartments will be thoroughly cleaned, touched up, or repainted prior to new tenants moving in. No pets, no kegs, and no live bands are allowed. All leases are for the full year (12 month leases with 12 equal payments) starting in June 2024.

For studios: If more than one person is living in a given studio apartment, there is an extra 100$ added to each monthly payment for increased wear and tear
